Mrs. Agnes A. Weingartz's Obituary
Agnes A. Weingartz, age 79 of St. Clair passed away April 12, 2014. She was born to the late Joseph G. and Agnes M. Fehringer, Peetz, Colorado on July 28, 1934. She was the beautiful wife of Thomas J. Weingartz, married on May 21, 1955 in Peetz and they moved to Michigan to raise their wonderful family.
She is survived by her loving husband, Thomas J. Weingartz and nine children; Barbara Grewe of Calendonia, Mary Mieksztyn of Richmond, Patricia McDonald (Kevin) of St. Clair, Cynthia Steinberg (Robert) of Northville, Carol Furuta (Clyde) of New Baltimore, Mark Weingartz (Beverly) of St. Clair, Steven Weingartz of St. Clair, Joanne Randolph (John “Chris”) of Plymouth, Kenneth Weingartz (Cheri) of Smiths Creek. She is also survived by her 26 grandchildren and 6 ½ great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th from 2 PM to 9 PM, (Rosary recited at 8 PM) and Wednesday, April 16th from 11 AM to 12:15 PM at the Young Funeral Home in China Twp., where prayers will begin at 12:15 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary’s Catholic Church St. Clair on Wednesday, April 16th, at 1 PM. Rite of Committal will follow at the St. Mary’s Cemetery.
