Charlie was a great guy who seemed to have a smile for everyone! I enjoyed working with him for all the years he worked at the Tank with me. So many good memories I have with Charlie. Some days we rode our bikes to work together. I also have a few quarters from Charlie as he was a jokester!!! Thanks for the memories and quarters Charlie!!! Will miss you. Smiley
