She married Don on August 26th, 1983, and cherished being a wife, mother, babcia and aunt. Sharon was a proud parishioner and staff member at St. Mary's Catholic Church and a member of the Rosary Alter Society. She loved being immersed in Catholic culture, especially Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament. She loved LONG walks, the family's many pets, and creating delicious baked goods for everyone to enjoy. She was a little shy but also had an incredible sense of humor and wit. Sharon lived a life of service and was compassionate, kind, and caring, and was a beautiful blessing to have known in this life. Sharon fought a hard short battle but should be an inspiration to us all. She never gave up fighting, her faith never wavered, and she stayed optimistic, hopeful, and determined. Special thanks to the Ascension St. John staff for their exceptional treatment, compassion, and care. Sharon was so thankful, for all the encouraging words, prayers, and love from all. Remember to stay strong, stay faithful, enjoy every minute, and “keep moving forward.” A Funeral Mass will be held Saturday March 12, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church, St. Clair.
