I never had the chance to know my Grandfather, but I have only heard good things about himself and his life. I will continue to live in a way that honors my ancestors, like my grandfather, and to appreciate this gift of life passed down from him.

Mel and I were very saddened to hear of Jim's passing. We hadn't seen Jim and Mary since 2005, but we talked on the phone on occasion. JIm was a very brave guy and a wonderful cousin. He will be sorely missed. We are sorry we can't be at the memorial service due to Mel's health problems. All of you will be in our prayers. May he rest in peace. Love, Mary Ellen
Mr Murphy was known as" Murph" back in the 70s. He and Elmer Shirkey were two of the best cops St. Clair had. I would like to thank both of them for being not only good cops but great people! rick tebeau
Jim was a good friend and neighbor to us. We love Mary and Jim! We have missed them both. We enjoyed going out to dinner with them. Jim liked reading the daily newspaper and he liked to be informed about what was going on in St. Clair. We know that he is up in Heaven now....God bless all of you, his family.
